Suicide

Floundering
I bear the hand of fate
God forgive me
I cannot bear the weight
So caring not
To fight the brave fight
Release my soul
Allow me to seek the light
Do not be angry
Should no words fall from my lip’s
Or I leave my reasons unsaid
Deciding life is too much of a struggle
I choose my coffin instead

I was read a story that said a suicidal thought was like a raging fire on the second story. At some point, it seems better to jump than to be consumed by it. Although this is nicely written, I hope you find some comfort in writing it.
