Hush

Contributed by shelby on Tuesday, 18th June 2013 @ 01:06:33 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

It's minutes like these,
a moment trapped in time.
A memory,soft,divine
then in the wind its gone.

It's minutes like these,
for a moment I thought...
thought I heard your whisper
in the tree's.

It was just the wind I guess
but still for a moment
a lovely sentiment
that maybe you are still nearby
still around, then I sigh

The storm is blowing in
raindrops coming with the wind
but for now the sun wont die
and she paints herself bold across the sky.

It's moments like this
I feel the stillness of the wind
brushing close across my skin
and I miss you, I miss you again.

Hi There

Awe that's heart wrenching. The longing for someone that is gone plays with the mind. Making you believe they are still there when in fact they never will be. I feel it with my mom and dad. This is a very good write make me celebrate my parents all over again. Thanks

Greetings
Rus
