Stop inhale,
Accept the thought releases your mind.
Search, for what is so hard to find.
Remove the blinders, from a world you thought so innocent.
Hold silent in what you believe reverent.
Hide Him, keep him caged...that part that is so arrogant.
Stay humble, keep focused be benevolent.
Awaken, no longer a fool.
No longer to be confused with naive.
Keep those stories hidden behind the cold hard steel.
Let the tears slide hopelessly from your sleeve.
Listen...but don't believe.
Take every word as a dagger, with its only mission to deceive.
Search in the darkness for a beacon.
But trust no one.
Keep the heart absent,
Remaining vigilant...treat it like a business.
And never, ever let them mistake your kindness for a weakness.
