Goodnight love

Topic: MiscPoems

We left things kind of on a bad note
It's like we're becoming a bad joke
I'm fighting for words to say though
Because I don't know how to save us anymore

The best I can say for now is goodnight
And I hope we can figure this out alright
Because you know I never wanted this to come to a fight
So goodnight love
Sleep tight love
I know you probly think I'm just crazy
And I'm not worth your time but you'll see
How beautiful we'll turn out to be
So goodnight love
Sleep tight love

Tonight ill come to you in a dream
And remind you of who we used to be
When you wake up baby you'll see
Ill make you want to stay with me

Now I lay thee down to sleep
And in your heart my soul you keep
May love stay with you through the night
And forever keep you by my side

Goodnight love
Sleep tight

beautiful heartfelt words, sounds like your in a war to hold on to someone who isnt holding you, been there done that, that is why i am alone with my son. but never lose hope stranger things have happened in this mixed up world, sometimes our words no matter how true they are never realized by the one who needs to see them most, such as life, best wishes to you,
