the fire in me

a simple sign of dignity
the part I like to share
it is the better part of me
so read it if you dare

the little things I stand for
are right before your eye's
so if you read them carefully
then you might Realize

it's in the words I write
the way it must be done
my simple words of wisdom
Revolve around my son

he's every move I make
some might disagree
he's everything inspiring
the happiness in me

so without further conclusion
if you know me then you know it
he is the fire inside
of the hot shot poet

Very captivating I love the flow of how your words came together. Always great to have someone inspire you right by your side...

An very interesting rhyimg flow. using great rhymes in each second stanza and forth stanza. I enjoyed reading this also for the powerful emotion you put in it. great poems are best when written from the heart.
