Rose of the Valleu

Rose of the Valley

Rose of the valley
His most precious child
Beauty and grace
Personality mild

Gone but not forgotten
He misses your face
Lost without hope
Are you in God’s grace?

Why did you leave him?
Every day he wonders anew
Could he have changed things
What was there to do?

You left to save the others
Your life not lost in vain
You wish there was some way
To relieve his pain

He wandered the valley
Despair his only friend
Until he found that
A message you did send

Deep in the valleys depth
He found you left behind
A rose of the whitest white
And around the bush a light did shine

For love never really dies
It only grows day by day
Even when apart
Hearts will find a way
