Dream Catcher

Contributed by ForeverAlone on Sunday, 19th May 2013 @ 06:03:20 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

An open casket to the only one it may concern.
Burning scriptures and lighting letters on fire to silence the urn.
Watching the wasteful wilt from scores of closed doors.
It's only the truthful trust of broken love
and last sentiments not heard.

Reside where the tide rewinds under the time of frozen minds.
An iceberg of memories, sinking ships. heaven sent, decide or redefine (this anchor)
Is this Acheron? Is this absolute? Where comes the fire,
Where comes the peace? Written below the somber stones though higher...
than the crease of cloud nine, between heaven and life

Retired to the bed of nails where your dreams of reality live in hell.
You must be asleep to believe it, see it, and when you awake you must leave it.
No choice to control, no bones too old for skeletons...
Dressed up in pretty pasty colors welcoming the others you'll never hold.

Again.

I like the style of this. In a sense i live this dream. I still want to be a messenger of peace though. Ask me my story one day.
