Dying in a prison
Locked inside my head
Bars across my soul
Trapped by feelings of dread

As I sit in the corner
Of my cold dark cell
Alone and afraid
I'm all by myself
Sentenced to damnation
My own private hell
I call out in anguish
Is there no one to help?

Today they will take me away
Take me to my death
No one will remember me
As I take my last breath
