I drink to survive cause I can’t cope with life,
Emotionless detached hanging on by a latch.
I don’t know where I stand paranoid I can’t just bury my head in the sand it drives me mad not knowing where I stand, Isolated and alone this place don’t feel like a home.
I may as well not exist I doubt if i’d be missed, a simple slit across the wrist, forever peaceful bliss,
Eternal peace and silence, the price, a small act of self violence, of this life I’m sick and tired, can’t sleep its the way I’m wired.
On my road to self destruction I came across corruption and fell head over hills in love with intoxication’s sweet seduction, it calms the volcano and prevents its eruption.
Moments of sanity thinking with some clarity, addictions got a hold of me, I’ve never got any money my lifes a joke that isn’t funny, no food to fill my tummy I have no choice but to go hungry.
Stuck in a place that I now hate, out of stress I self medicate, stuck in my ways with habits what I need is something new something to do I don’t know what to do, I don’t know what’s going on I haven’t got a clue.

| I agree with the comments but also must add I hope you're not thinking of hurting yourself. Get help if you need it. This is a very good write and i have felt similar thoughts. |
