THE BEAUTY OF A ROSE

A rose is grown with the love thats shown. water an nutrients are basics but love is what makes it. The petal are vibrant when its appreciated and someone likes it. Its food keeps it alive but not LIVE.. a rose is a heart without love its just a heart it pumps blood with no love. Once theyre damaged theyre never the same again. It protects itself with thicker skin. Its defenses are senseless and wares its past beauty. It spends its life hiding what it is truly.. Love can arise in the future but its hard to trust, insecurities take time to adjust.. I see the beauty of a rose deep inside its hard shell its sorrowful and unwell. Alone in the cracks of the concrete i stop for a while and admire its resilience wanting to uproot its weariness and mend its petals protect it from lifes perils... You see, i know a rose isnt as thorny as it threatens to be its what you see that decieves what you believe..
