Change is happening whether we are open to it or not,
t Sometimes it feels like, it’s a test of wills I would say
The heart that wants to feel a different way
The mind has gone on and let the heart see
How different things can truly be
How what its feeling, is just the beginning of things to come
How all the traps of the past will come undone
And my heart can, and will be open to the love of someone
How the messages the mind sends, go deeper than what I use to know
The evolving of the conscious mind, is something that is going to show
The process takes a little time, but I feel my father wants me to realize
That the new heart was the old minds demise
e And change is coming whether we are ready or not, it happening, now
And the mind, and body will get through it some how
It’s all been set in motion since before I was born
It’s all for me to understand, that through my maturing some relationships may be torn
People like us, just the way we use to be Unassuming, and not growing, and to blind to see
Not all will accept, or understand the changes that are taking place
But one has to be open, and accepting of God’s grace
For the positive changes to fully take place
So as I face what is in store for me, on my journey of change in my heart, and mind
I’m open, and willing to accept what my father, has in store for me to find
I can do anything as long as I have God with me
For only he has helped me see, how lost this world has come to be
If we don’t change our state of mind
we will continue to be ignorant and blind
It’s up to you, what you decide to do

Beautiful connection with God and prayer for guidance. I think you should capitalize the word "Father" throughout. Nice writing
