Saturday's Sin
--------------
Sin went to heaven on Sunday's denial
dressed as a demon would dress when on trial
offering teeth in the plate at the cost of a smile
confess to living for Sin and sinning with Style
Sin grown mundane like Monday's grave
grin sewn in silken stitches and saved
raggedy breath like ghosts being brave
a loud, angry child born of Hopeless and Crave
Sin filled Tuesday with Monday's gold
warm to the touch but growing cold
sun dares to set, truth dares to be told
Tuesday was just something Monday had sold
Sin slipped Wednesday a Saturday high
for no other reason than for all other why's
with a greasy smile and a wink dropped sly
Thursday hearse, cursed Wednesday dies
Sin: sane, serene and sublime
makes it's escape BEFORE enjoying the crime
it wallows in Friday and withers in Time
and then feasts upon Saturday's Sin in its prime
