Unspoken Melody

Contributed by deusdeira on Saturday, 23rd March 2013 @ 12:35:30 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Come within this world that shines,

and bathe with me in light,

my love it dances on the wind,

deep within the night,

Soft its beat... a gentle thrum,

like water on the sand,

searching for a memory,

to grasp within my hands,

And when I find a harsh new world,

I hides within its throes,

to dance upon her melody,

while hope begins to grow,

Listen for the cellar door,

to find it lying open,

and listen to my heart's lament,

for words i've never spoken.

And listen to my heart's lament for words I've never spoken..........perfect poetic line carrying the summary of all the sentiment explored throughout and the lack of life having a voice when we give in to our fears. Relatable and challenging.
