I just want to let you in
To make us smile and feel loved again
I don’t want to see Becca’s stare
Take me away take me anywhere
Make me laugh like a child just to forget I saw her
And fell in love with the farmer’s daughter
I want you right here by my side
I want you in my arms tonight
I want to finally let go of the girl in my dreams
I want to wake up
I want to believe in better days
As we embrace I long to sink into your eyes
And stay awake just to see the sunrise with you
