A Stranger To Myself

A stranger to myself
I've let my sweetest fantasy fly,
As hundreds of beautiful winged swans corrupt the magic sky,
I’ve let my feelings go and disappear,
Into the densest forest,
Into the deepest ocean,
to be gathered again as crystals mixed with natures charm.
I have tried to listen and comprehend,
Every single message of the softest wind,
To build the spirit of passion and create the bottom of my will,
I have tried to understand myself,
To trust, to love, to feel, to hate (as everyone does)
But each time I see my faces image change,
I realise I am just a stranger to myself.

I loved the way you conveniently expressed being a stranger to oneself, like two persons in. Its you, yet you don't know yourself well. That's beautiful.
I loved the imagery too, very beautiful.
Thanks for sharing and God's blessings. |
