Adam and Steve
Are you Jesus?
Are you Joseph?
Are you Mary Magdalene?
Are you that Jehovah witness that starting to become a pain?
Is today your day?
If not then step away
Cos you’re wrecking what’s left of mine
I now know why Adam chose Steve
Cos his woman kept going on and on and on
Until he had had enough and wanted to leave
Cool your jets, step away from that gun
You know you don’t want to kill me honey, your just a little tense
Take a load off, sit and relax
I’ll just go make a cup of tea for you
Just need to go get some milk be right back, not
That’s the last you’ll see of me
Nag, nag, nag, that’s why Adam chose Steve
If a woman can’t be calm and cool
No wonder men want to leave
No wonder they switch to Steve
Reality check ladies please
Stop the nagging and stuff and men won’t leave

do they leave? were they there to begin with?
at what point did they vanish, can you still see them out there low
if you reach the highest unobstructed view
