I whisper your name from the shadows,
You pretend it's just a dream.
Are your eyes deceiving,
Or did you just see what you thought you'd seen?

I'll find you in the dark of the night,
And steal every breath from your chest.
Every drop of blood,
Take every last bit drain the rest.

Take your life,
Take your mind.
Steal your eyes,
Leave you blind.

Snatch your tongue,
These voices unheard.
Only the dead can hear,
Yet, dirt keeps them from every word.
