she sat back and looked up
frustrated at all the stars she couldn't grab
a curiosity that was insatiable
in a world where you could barely place your
feet on the ground and in a minute;
its all taken from you
and as soon as you settle in again
the Gods break shatter
at everything you have made matter
and yet the one star she did
manage to grab hold of
burned brightly in her hand
never let this light go
....they whispered
never
that's all
you'll
ever
need
never
let
them
kill
your
light

Hi,
I like this. I like it a lot.
''Never let them kill your light''
A fine expressive way to define 'Survival.'
