Finally...a love poem

So vulnerable in your current
state of rest, soft head on soft
pillows white feathers that are
destined for your rest, black hair
all over tangled and mangled
what a beautiful mess
In your dreams angels scold me
for stealing nocturnal kisses as
you sleep, those soft kisses on your
forehead I am guilty for I could
never resist, you are my
everything you are my blithe
Still I find myself in a state of
unrest it's like something that
needs to come of me and until
it does there will be nothing left
I need you to continue to be the
miracle that ridicules all these
memories of past tense,
Mend my melancholy thoughts my
love, I am where white doves have
black wings that never seem to
launch,
Make me write another love letter
my love, so my kisses won't be
sentenced from up above and I can
lay my head next to yours, share
your soft pillows and we can both
dance with angels along angel
shaped willows
