we lost our feeling
in such a way
your eye's grew colder
every day
the things I adored
that meant so much
the smile's the laughter
the precious touch
the little things
that made me complete
like the words I wrote
that you thought were sweet
now they mean nothing
they're worthless to you
where did I go wrong
what did I do
you've taken away
the life I had
I keep asking myself
was I really that bad
questions I ask
but no answers I see
this is my life
my Reality

Your words carry longing and honesty. Your seach visible in each line. As always, a great write. It touched me. Thanks for sharing, P |
