Hot for Teacher

Contributed by jyssvw22 on Tuesday, 12th February 2013 @ 01:51:57 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Aristotle once said that love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies. These words define my love for you. Your soul is within me, and to forever be in your heart is all I desire. You and I have a real love between us, the kind that comes around once in a lifetime. The kind of love that when you feel it, you grab it and you never let it go. It’s the kind of love we can count on to see us through. Life wouldn’t be the same without your smile, laughter, comfort, and touch. Nothing and no one can ever replace your beauty, your aura and radiating positivity. I know it can be a struggle, but it is the pure happiness and the indelible memories that we share, and continue to build upon, that always outweigh the few rough times. Finding you, four years ago, standing in front of that classroom, was the greatest blessing in my life. The opportunity to be with you every day since then has been the most generous gift you could have bestowed upon me. I am truly a lucky man to have your trust, your friendship and your love. I know at times you may feel that we are lost, but remember, true love always finds its way back. So, today I am found standing before you, loving you more with each and every fleeting moment, never letting up and always pushing forward, sculpting myself into a better man, hoping to give you everything and promising to treat you like the precious gem that you are, like a rare angelic flower, blooming and offering your gifts of life and love unto me.

Hmm...maybe that time period wasn't "rough". Maybe you were just busy being happy, which can be poetic kryptonite to a couple of cynics like us. :) Nice poem. I hope your lady love had the pleasure of reading this, and your other amazing works.
