of all the things I always new
my life would someday see
somehow I never thought about
what is happening to me
Right at this very moment
with everything I love
with the ones I always knew
my dreams were all made of
now my dreams have past Reality
with all I've ever known
my precious spark of life
is missing from my home
the simple inspirations
of every thing I've done
for the last 8 years
has revolved around my son
he is the part of life
my heart will always see
he's happiness & laughter
the very heart of me

I like this. You have a good style and lots of interest to get the reader through your poem and don't worry when you need your son he will be there. |
