Sorry I went out with your best friend
Even when I knew you liked me
I'm sorry for hugging everyone and avoided you
I didn't notice before but now I see
I was an idiot looking for a good time
I'm sorry I pretened I never liked you
I know I told you this before
But I didn't know what else to do
I'm sorry I hurt you so much, you quit poetry
But you shouldn't stop because of me
I'm just one fish out of an entire school of others
I shouldn't have messed with you Kelseigh!
These are the words I want to hear!
You tried so hard to hurt me
Just to make me think you were a jerk
But I looked past that act sweetie!
You can push me around or even beat me up
But I will never forget how you looked at me
When you asked me to slow dance with you
I just want to hear ~I'm Sorry~

14 or not, you're a poet! Consider it the beginning of your work, with the rest of your life to continue to write Beautiful and awesome poems. Please keep up the great writing, I love your style. Follow your dreams, I did and I published a book. Your poem had lots of feeling, a great way to write!

Ah-may-zing. Sometimes, I forget what good poetry is...but then I read something you wrote (like that song from last year) and I'm reminded again. Love love love it.
