I saved the world
with all my ignorance
i kept all of my people safe
until they learned of their fate
the buildings were dead
and the night fell apart
no one could breathe the air they had bought
there were oceans and rivers on top of the sky
and the city was melting beneath the sunlight
you really hurt me
i was treated like
and all of your feelings
i was not worthy of it
instead i was nothing
just a passing phase
a moment in time
that didn't mean a thing
like a blurry face
on a factory line
she sets the world on fire
