Medusa Wave

Contributed by Plasticherry on Sunday, 16th December 2012 @ 08:29:12 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Wrap your hands around my flesh
The vibration of your heart,
The heat of your breath.
Your tongue when we kiss,
You feel just like velvet.

Obviously I can only speak for myself, so with that being said, perhaps not. Perhaps I cannot understand 100% but I understand beauty and this is beautiful and sensual.

I believe poetry doesn't always necessarily need to be understood anyway. Interpretation is cool to be left up to the reader.

Keep them coming.

Thank you,

Tim

Writing is a two edged sword, its a wonderful way to express yourself and the world but once you have released the words you can either celebrate them taking on a life of their own in other people's mind, or as many of us do we still want to control them and that is impossible. Through your poem you have made connections with your warmth, humanity, and sensitivity and its that that brings a real gem to the page.
