I forgot to show her
just how much I care
now it's to late
she's no longer there
I dont blame her for leaving
nobody would
I was not doing
what I knew that I should
I took her for grantit
I thought that she knew
that my life revolved
around what ever she'd do
but now I am feeling
the full impact
all but my heart
is still intact
it's to late for I'm sorry
but know this is true
there's a place in my heart
always for you

I ***** up too back in 2002 and was devastated. I was convinced she was my soul mate. However, over the years I have also concluded it definitely takes two to tango.
Don't beat yourself up, Roy. Hang in there and I hope things get better.
