A Friendly Smile Every Morn’.

There is a beautiful sunset.
But by far the best yet.
Is the new dawn.
Comes every morn’.
What a blessing to see the light.
With someone who doesn’t want to always fight.
To go through life.
Without burdening strife.
That best friend.
Who a hand will always lend.
Who is not afraid to go on bended knee.
No matter whoever shall see.
That’s all we ask.
Not someone who wears a mask.
That’s why I prefer the dawn.
A friendly smile every morn’.
