take away these chains
keeping me at bay
just turn me loose
let me find my way
remove the barriers
blocking my way
walking through blindly
let me beat the maze
block out the feelings
paralyzing my soul
free me from reason
let me see my goal
unlock the shackles that bind me
break down the walls that confine me
take away the fears that blind me
let my light shine again

What a relatable poem it is to me! I have had my share of longing for freedom in my mind and emotions. I did the key is to keep looking up to Jesus and not let your head get into the situation. I hope this helped; otherwise, I love the effect of your writing and it's emotional impact,
