you shed a tear
I wiped it dry
I caught it falling
from your eye
you tried to hide
so noone can see
but I fealt the tear
inside of me
I held you close
I said dont be sad
I said nothing at all
could be that bad
so much balled up
inside of you
you held it back
but it pushed threw
we talked so long
of now & then
I finally made you
smile again

This was a very sweet poem and it took me back to all the times someone had cheered me up or I helped to cheer someone else up.
Great flow and rhythm to this poem, I enjoyed it a lot!
Keep it up, friend |
