I love the way your scent lingers on me
from when your arms wrapped around me
The way you wont let go when I ask you to
Because inside I don't want you to.

I hate the way you invade my thoughts
And they are always about you, my thoughts
The way you dominate all my dreams
Asleep or awake, you dominate my dreams.

I desire for you to look at me the way you look at her
because your eyes light up when you look at her
I desire for you to think of me the way I think of you
Darling, I always think about you.

I need to abandon my feelings toward you
oh, I have so many feelings toward you
I need to stop trying to be the girl for you
Since I would never be good for you
I need to move on without you
But I can't leave here without you
