like locus in egypt before the fire of rain
if i tore my eyes out
it would be the same
since you clawed your presence into my brain
you eat my thoughts
and tested my wit
now i hold seminars at night

| interesting. I don't particularly like the last line, but overall it was good. The last line being what it is seems lazy to me, and doesn't do the rest of the poem justice. |
