we write titles
to fit books
we gave our all
& all it took
to assure that our title
did not go a stray
that it blended in
in every way
we dont compremize
the story inside
but we let it all out
with nothing to hide
to show what we feel
this is our way
to tell the world
what we have to say
line to line
our story unfolds
it comes to life
as the words are told
each little word
on each little line
describing something
of a place or time
each paragraph
that you will see
is created from life
to be the best it can be
from begining to end
& in every way
our story must carry
what we have to say
to break a heart
or to help one mend
the life of a poet
from begining to end
