Sadness Part One

Contributed by bryantjunior on Sunday, 30th September 2012 @ 08:03:54 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

The days that haunt us, are but the slowest of days.
We cry, we try to forget, but that thought always stays.
Smiling, is taken from us in one moment, and then sadness continues to trap you.
The good times come, the smile comes back, but the sadness merely joins the back of the que.
It waits for its time to surface, then hits you with a massive blow.
And then as we become sad, we hit an all-time low.
What doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger, but that doesn’t stop the pain.
We try to cope, we try to get over it, but then our eyes just start to rain.
Everybody has problems, but life’s goes on, where happy if we want to be.
Sadness is but a sour after taste waiting to go, waiting to be set free.
A hug, a friend, a memory, are waiting for all of us, just open the door.
As no one wants to be unhappy, so happiness is what we should all look for.
GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN, A THOUGHT, BUT NOT MY FIRST.
NUMBER ONE IS BEING HAPPY, THAT’S ALWAYS MY THIRST.
