Why hasn’t the world stopped turning?
Isn’t that what its supposed to do?
At least I know something
That is, I will always love u
U were my stars, my thunder, my moon
U were the sky that surrounds me
My life revolved around u
U were the sun
And I, the planets
Circling around u
Pulled to u by gravity
Or laughter as u may call it.
One night I woke up
My stars were no longer shining,
But a dark and lonesome shade
My thunder no longer booming
But was muffled, it sounded drowned
My moon no longer winked at me,
Just merely stared into space
The sky that surrounded me,
Once so clear and beautiful,
Had turned a cold, hard gray
Dark clouds surrounded me
A cold, hard rain let loose
And the sun that I thought would never fail me
Never rose again

you're thoughts have been written
beautifully, but, i don't agree with your
conclusions. It is true, you are in nighttime,
however, wait long enough and the sun will
shine again. It will just have a different face.
