OUR LOVE WAS CREATED
MANUFACTURED WITH A PURPOSE
WHEN THERES NO FEELINGS LEFT
RECYCLED HEARTS DRAW CLOSE
A SIMPLE MELODY OF MY HEARTBEAT
IT OVERWRITES MY VOICE
CAN YOU DECODE THE SOUND WAVES
OF MY LOVE?
THERE ARE MANY THINGS I WISH TO SAY
BUT MY MOUTH HAS BEEN LEFT ON MUTE
IF YOU LISTEN CLOSELY
MY HEART WONT LIE TO YOU

I loved this. I pictured those two little robots, ones blue and ones yellow and they have a heart painted on them. It was a cute picture. However your poem wasn't. It was very real, in how some people love others. And I loved the last stanza, the way it flowed and it's meaning. This was a great poem. |
