Is it that I must?
Scream past the screen for the images that play behind the scenes.
Look past the curtain, to pick up the easy feet.
To saunter past the images of faded idols, with their crocked faces peering, squinting always looking past your reflection...
To their own.
Wandering down your faded hallways always twisting with some fabled lie.
Always ends with a man on a cross.
Always for something right, not this grumbled mixed of selfishness...
Trust me I see me own mistakes, I fall when I climb and humility is the death of me.
Just more words to scream at the screen.
Remember when we fought for peace? Was it really Your own???
