Sleepwalking

In a field
Far away from my home
There is a flower that I have never seen
I cannot imagine this flower
How the sun might perch at the folds of its petals
How its color might spring from a full moonlight
A trickle through the glass
The dawn light opening
My eyes lower with sleep
A dream
Falling
A harsh awakening
Shards of glass below me

Well Abraham, we all have harsh awakenings to a harsh reality. Best thing is to accept it and make the best of it. It happens that it is a hidden treasure inspite of what it seems.
Liked the sobriety of the poem.
Cheers!
and blessings
