Eyes are to see, but the hand is quicker.
Ears are to hear, but are often deceived.
Roses are for lovers, but bare the blood of thorns.
Truth is forever, but too often is ignored.
Wisdom is a mountain, very few will climb.
Ignorance a teacher; abundance it's slave.
Obedience a path, on which many blindly walk.
Knoweledge is a treasure; a martyr, a blade.
Beauty's to behold, but the world can't see.
The writting's on the wall, yet no one believes.
Power is addicting; addiction is pain.
Liberty the prisoner of freedom's demise.

'Wisdom is a mountain, very few will climb.'
This line really drew my attention, as did the whole poem. |

I don't even know where to begin but I could write a page on this! What lies before us is never, ever what it seems to be and the agenda hides its eyes leaving it too late to defend. Simple times have gone away leaving us vulnerable to darkness and what others choose to inflict in their private fantasies. This is stunning my friend and I applaud your ability. Well done.
