True friends are forever,
there to lend a helping hand.
True friends are a blessing,
no matter if they are a woman or a man.
Trust is a given,
when in a true friend you can confide.
Just know when you need them,
they will stand by your side.
If you have a tear,
rolling down your cheek.
Tilt your head back up,
so your friend can take a peek.
Looking at you,
with a smile on their face.
You sometimes wonder,
if your friend is an angel, trying to bring you grace.
Lessons can be learned,
from so many trials and tribulations that bring us strife.
Knowing you have a true friend,
is important in your life.
