Oh Sunday!

Oh Sunday, Lord's day that brings mine eyes light.
Oh Sunday, the morn that shows me things bright.
The bells that chime like no love like before
Now loving love is graceful evermore
Thine halo sings light to my darkened eyes,
Thy beauty's face spake to my heart unwise.
Should Cupid's wings then fly me to your fate?
Or is feathered-plucked flight an instant late?
That my unworthy lips should reach thy heart
Then I would pray thee then to not depart.
For tender kiss and feathered lips not tamed
To you are stuck, and scalding love be blamed.
Oh, how you make death die, and life exist.
I beseech thee, take my heart I insist.

An interesting sonnet composed of couplets.
The meter is right and the number of lines correct. I enjoyed your sonnet.
