Failing to awake

Peerless black?
An unwholesome beauty –
Immeasurable, clean, amour before light.
Dealt the climax of absolute space out its fulfilment
Scott takes break in imagination…
Swallowing
The promised.
Each numbered accordingly.
Humph! Out
The beginning,
Necessary to what I need.
Some lost treasure in my sunken head,
Perhaps a million spinning stones
Clinging to a forgotten trajectory.
—New dawn left to bait distressed and cold oxygen.
The weight of silence is intimate.
I’m failing to awake.
