Snow
Winter in summer
Blustery winds and rain
Typical in the north
It’s bastard weather of course
Then sun, yes sun for a day
Very lucky if it is two or more
Keep your cloak of fur close
Get your once a year tan today
It won’t last for long
It’s unpredictable in the north
Befriend an enemy, a foe
Create an ally beyond the wall
The cold can be dangerous, my son
The darkness is coming your way
Bastards must join forces
But even a bastard can find love
In the cold north summer
