If I wait, will my dreams come true.
Or do I go for it and work on through.
The suspense is killing me, but I would love the outcome.
So act like I don’t know, I try to act dumb.
My feelings get to me, but love isn’t sad.
So I can’t be unhappy, but this is sending me mad.
I’m not sure where I am in que.
Just that I get extremely excited about the view.
I look on at what I desire, what my head and heart wants.
I feel happy when she’s around, I’m happy with what she flaunts.
Just not happy there a chance for someone else to fill my place.
I’m standing here not sure if I will have to brace.
And give up on my dream, give up on my desire.
Please, please, just don’t let this go down to the wire.

My best advice would just be to support her. See how she is doing with the break up, and if she needs anything ever your their for her. Thats the best advice I have ever been given for this type of situation.
My other realization when I was faced with this situation was that think about how many girls will cross your path in your life? If she's not entirely committed then this isn't the girl for you. But a girl in the future will cross your path when you least expect it, and in the end you;ll be better off with her than your ex.

I am going through a very similar situation, although i broke up with my ex girlfriend (as we wern't right together) i'm still very much in love with her, and although she is seeing someone new now, I know she still loves me, she has told me this, and I cannot go back to her. I must try and move on but it is so difficult.
But if you and this lady are meant to be, you will happen, if not, you should move on and there will be somebody else that you will love equally as great if not greater.
Women are a complicated bunch, but the one you need will make it simple for you :) |
