My car has ended its earthly career
A frightened shudder, a stall, spirits rise
In vinegar steam, that burns auto’s eyes
An exodus, the Fate’s interfere
Death a right enough word, Life’s only peer,
Has overcome Pistolos wit & wise
An overdrive transmission circumcise
Black smoke like op. at the funeral Lear
Broken brights, distorted aborted gear
Leaks tap the ground to technique mechanize
Oil, fuel, fluid, stay in? Don’t fantasize
Something, brakes inside… oh quiet and queer
Sorry to see thee go up into flames
I was not the man to hold on the reins
