From sight to sight and dreams of dreams I've seen!
From vexed-puffed past to present morrow keen!
That flexed sword held to smite a golden key
Now within mine eye, death is life to be.
His heel now my heart, Achilles my fiend,
That justly slains my soul this day demeaned
From a golden steed to a heel-pricked heart
Made by heartbreaking feline depart!
Oh! How just should it be to rot a soul?
Cold as ice from hot of th ehottest coal!
Despised skies turned red from hence the deep blue.
Debasing wrath from lovers' tears untrue.
Why then, from the darkness rides in the light
When sweet turns sour against lover's might?
