I'm Sorry

Contributed by Roselina666 on Monday, 21st May 2012 @ 12:44:59 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

I’m sorry this happened…
I’m sorry things ever began.
I’m sorry we couldn’t last.
I’m sorry I just couldn’t be the one.

I tried my hardest
To do the right thing.
I did my best to hold feelings in.
But now that you’re gone,
I’m a wondering soul,
Trapped in this dark abyss.

No asylum can cure my mind,
It’s all in my heart.
Only your love can cure me,
Only our song can you sing.

Hold me again and I be whole.
Don’t walk away from me,
Don’t keep me locked within…

I’m stuck in the darkness,
This world of pain and misfortune.
Will someone find me?
Will someone help me begin my life
Again…

Dear poet,

Blunders that we do are many
We later repent with regrets
Past is gone, can't be retrieved
Wisdom lies in not repeating

At times we hold a mountain
It looks like mustard to eyes
Once we let it go from us
We will know its real stature

With best wishes, Thanking you, Yours truly,

mvvenkataraman
