Maddening Moments
Of full moons
Ungodly hours
Composing my life
As if symphony
Clock metronomes
Keeping time
How we each write our notes
Or were they written for us
Fate to play
Puppets of the maestro
Captivated by the next note
Yet how terrifying
Clay in the hands
Composed by god
Following great unknown
Hands motioning
Through the dark
I catch glimpses
Is fate madness
Or…
have I made madness
My fate

The way I see it destiny is the end of life
Fate is the path we take to reach that end. |
