Your pale beauty and your oh so delicate ways
I say your rather eloquent darling
quite quaint quite charming
but under the canal bridge
we'll do everything but kiss
Cold finger tips
and quivering lips
under the moons
spilt beams we slip
into amorous thoughts
pulsating yet fraught
dangerously close
against me you suspire
in this selfless persuit
of youth and desire
Oh take my hand and be
thoughtfully led astray
you cant though can you.......(shes got a bloody boyfriend)
Your hesitancy stings, stings more
than any of the words your about to say
and beyond the allure of those eyes
I now know lies
the torturous pain
of self restraint
so under the canal bridge
we did everything but kiss
