Topic: Grief

Sad thoughts replay as I sleep
Flooding with memories,too close too deep
A feeling of sorrow as the morning breaks
Early riser, my heart aches

Frown upon my face, eyes wet with tears,
or maybe there dry now after all these years
Feelings that seem faded and no longer socially shared,
All come flooding back in the warmth of my bed
That warmth is never greater then the love you left in my heart
Nothing should ever be finished before it starts

It makes me sad and want to cry, that I'm right here now,by your side
