The Blind Cupid for all

Contributed by thehotshotpoet on Tuesday, 1st May 2012 @ 08:03:36 PM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

if roses were purple
& skunks were pink
there is a chance
they would never stink
& if cupid wasn't blind
like I'm starting to learn
he could probably sit down
without it starting to burn
I do think he's blind
if anyone's asked
he once shot me
right in the grass
I must keep my writing respectful
as you can see
but if you read it right
you'll know what's meant to be
now back to cupid
& his many little flaws
I once saw him miss a turn
flying through the halls
he ran into the corner
heading due south
& you wouldn't believe the words
that started coming from his mouth
anyway he got up
& wiped off his butt
I apologized
because the door was shut
once again
he's on the floor
he's blind as hell
he can't see no more
so if you see cupid
coming your way
Run like hell
& stay out of his way
the hot shot poet

lol...I will run like hell and stay out of the way! Did I inspire this? Too cool! Thank you very much. This brought a hearty chuckle. Thank you.

btw, I'm not sure if he's blind or just has very poor customer service skills. I have asked him several times to fix this issue with no return calls. I mean, come on, people and even cupid can make mistakes. I can live with that but try to remedy the situation. :p

Take care.

Tim

This is completely random and I still don't understand where all of this is coming from haha. It was cute and brought a smile to my face :D
Again very random lol
